Our knitting department houses 24 knitting machines and a capacity to knit 300 tons fabrics per month with capability to knit fabrics in different qualities. The knitting department has an air-conditioning system which keeps the ambient temperature and humidity at a constant level and ensures a controlled production.

The machinery in the dyehouse has been developed with the latest technology, housing a dying and chemical automation system and working through standardized processes. With staff members who received training on 6 SIGMA and LEAN philosophies, our manufacturing processes are carried out through controlled and systematic solutions.

By means of rotation printing and digital printing machines of TAMTEX which is known for its printing quality, production is done in all desired quality standards by employing reactive, digital, pigment, devore, pigment abrasion, matweiss, embossing, sim & glitter techniques on all types of fabrics.

Our quality control section is divided into two sub-sections as intermediate quality control and final quality control. Our quality control laboratories have been accredited by H&M and carry out physical and chemical quality controls of semi-finished and finished products. Color control (by spectrophotometry and visually), unshrinkability, touching, fastness, pH, peeling, nickel test, light-fastness, and sublimation test performed on labels are examples of the procedures carried out in this section. Apart from these, we outsource tests such as formaldehyde, azo group tests, APEO test, enflaming-bursting test, phenolic yellowing test, chemical tests, fiber content test.

Our pattern shop team works the sample with great diligence so that it be reference in all stages of the product and then delivers the samples to the other units. You can see the models designed by the stylist team of TAMTEX who work with computers employing the latest versions of software programs on models of famous brands. With its modern patterning shop, TAMTEX is capable of answering to every kind of collection work. Thanks to its quick service, specialist staff, special designing and product development sections, computerized pattern system, patterning shop is one of the most actively working and strong departments of the company.

Having passed through each stage carefully, semi-finished products are delivered to the sewing section for finalization. Here, pieces received from the cutting shop are joined by the employees who working through a band system. If the sample has any accessory, the product is treated on the accessory band. Afterwards, control, ironing, labeling and packaging procedures are completed and the products are boxed and shipped.
